About me: I'm a UX researcher and product strategist with deep experience in understanding the customer experience. I love qualitative methods but having worked at Amazon for many years I know how to utilize quantitative data to drive decisions and deliver meaningful results. In June of 2020 I earned my MS degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington connecting my professional experiences with the academic side of mixed-methods research.
